Photo 2

Those students who choose transport, and want become professional drivers, go their second and third years in this building. They still read their core subjects in the main building.

  1. Elinor this is a very interesting photograph. It looks a lot like these buildings in Australia. What are their core subjects as this seems a little different to the study patterns here?

  2. Oh, here in Sweden the students read a lot of subjects. For example they read, swedish, english, mathematics, history, religion, psysical education and health, science studies and social studies.
    What are the core subjects students study in Australia? What´s the difference?

  3. In our high schools students attend until they are 18 years of age. In these schools students study English, Maths, Geography and History, Languages and a range of other subjects. They can also choose to study some VET subjects. If students leave school at 16 years of age they can go to a Technical and Further Education College and study many different kinds of trades.When they have studied for 4 years then they can go to University
