I am not sure what these standard procedures are ? Can you help me with this?
How often do you have these standard procedures?
Every monday afternoon. The meeing will be for one hour.
these are the standard procedures we follow at our staff meetings. Who will be the chairman for the meeting for example.
Oh I see ....it is what we call and 'agenda' for a staff meeting.What sort of topics do you discuss at your staff meetings?
We discuss if we have any problems, and how to solve them. It´s about everything that concerns school, students, cars for an example.
We have these types of meetings too. In Australia we now have a lot more casual teachers than before and this sometimes makes it difficult to get everyone together. Do you have this problem in Sweden?
Oh yes, there is always somebody missing.
